• Free monitored parking
• Check-in from 15:00 on the day of arrival to 12:00 on the day of departure.
• The stay begins with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
• Tourist tax: 5,00 PLN person/day payable in cash at the Hotel Reception.

Regulations of sale and use of Vouchers of Polania Park Medical Center & SPA Hotel

§ 1 General rules

1. voucher is issued and sent electronically or handed directly to the purchaser only after payment of the total amount. For an additional fee of 25 PLN, the voucher will be sent in an elegant paper form by courier to the address indicated.

(2) The voucher entitles you to take advantage of the offer determined by a unique identification number.

a. Quota Voucher - specifies the value that can be used for services (accommodation, catering and SPA) at Hotel Polania Park Medical Center & SPA .

b. Stay Voucher - specifies the terms of stay in a selected package , for a specified number of people, to be used on a specified date.

c. Discount Voucher - entitles to a discount on the services specified
in the voucher according to the identification number.

3 The identification number is located at the top of the Voucher, as the first line. Each Voucher has its own unique number. It is not possible to change the number, it is the basis for determining the validity and terms of use of the Voucher.

(4) All Vouchers are recorded by the Reception Department of Hotel Bukowy Park. 5. the Purchaser is any person of legal age or legal person disposing of the Voucher and accepting the provisions of these Regulations.

6th The user is authorized to use the Voucher
under the rules and promotions applicable to him/her as specified by the identification number.

7. the Voucher may not be exchanged for cash equivalent.

8) The voucher may be redeemed only in the Hotel Polania Park Medical Center & SPA .

9. the Voucher may be used once without the possibility of division.

10) The purchaser/user, upon receiving the Voucher, declares that he/she is familiar with the content of these Regulations, accepts its content in full and undertakes to comply with its provisions.

(11) Hotel Polonia Park reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Voucher. All changes are effective as of the date of their introduction by Polonia Park Hotel, after the amended Regulations are made available.

§ 2 Validity of the Voucher

(12) The Voucher is valid from the date of receipt.

(13) The Voucher is valid for a period of 3 months from the date of receipt, where there is no information on the expiration date or other deviations.

14. the Vouchers expiration date is not extended.

15. the Polania Park Medical Center & SPA Hotel is not responsible
for a Voucher that has been lost or damaged, after its transfer to the Purchaser.

16) Vouchers do not combine with other promotions. They cannot be realized
during holiday periods and special offers.

§3 Rules of use

17th Purchased Voucher is non-refundable.

(18) Vouchers may not be combined with each other.

19.The user is required to pay the amount representing the difference between the value of the voucher and the final settlement amount in cash, payment card.

20.Hotel Polonia Park has the right to refuse to redeem the Voucher when:

- The expiration date of the Voucher has expired.

- Damage to the Voucher makes it impossible to read the data written on it.

N The stay has not been pre-booked, in the case of Stay/Amount Vouchers.

- Occupancy at the Polonia Park Hotel is high or there is a lack of available rooms.

- There has been a violation of any of the subsections 1-20.

21 Any irregularities and errors in the content, rules and identification number on the Voucher should be reported to the email address biuro@hotelpoloniapark.pl indicated by Hotel Polonia Park within two weeks from the date of receipt of the Voucher by the Purchaser.
