SKY IS THE LIMIT. This Saturday, from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m., we invite you to the Grand Opening of SKY BAR on the roof of Polonia Park Hotel.
The event will be accompanied by a brunch with a special barbecue menu, prepared for the occasion by our Chef. We will be serving unlimited meals as part of this menu (list of dishes below)!

SKY BAR is a very atmospheric place. It is located on the roof terrace of the Polonia Park Hotel, overlooking the most beautiful part of Busko-Zdrój. On the terrace you can use the jacuzzi and saunas.
The barbecue menu - which we serve without limit - includes:
- Grilled pork neck marinated in mustard and hot peppers
- BBQ ribs
- Silesian sausage
- Black pudding with apple, onion and thyme
- Grilled vegetables(zucchini, eggplant, kohlrabi)
- Grilled potato with garlic butter
- Polonia Park salad
- Mixed salads with vegetables and vinaigrette dressing
- Homemade lard with regional apple and onions
- Small-salt cucumbers
- Ketchup

- Water with lemon
